Our very own Ryan Burke has ported the easy-to-use ipswDownloader to Windows. The application allows users to download device specific firmware without any fuss for use with redsn0w and other jailbreaking tools, though the Windows port does not show the current jailbreak status. For those of you who prefer a web service, the Felix Bruns ”iPod, iPhone and iPad Firmware Download” works well across all systems.
